Shipping policy
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations, including:
United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore.
We do not ship to countries outside of this list.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be longer depending on order volume.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout when choosing your shipping option.
- Shipping times are not guaranteed, even for Express services. We cannot offer refunds for shipment delays.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar, DHL, GLS, and Load Warrior (for pallet quantities). Available shipping methods include Standard, Expedited, and Express, as displayed at checkout.
We may opt to ship with a different carrier than is selected at checkout in order to provide a better service.
If you require shipping to a PO Box please ensure to select Canada Post at checkout. Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipping Rates
- We offer real-time carrier rates at checkout, which are calculated based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
- Shipping rates include insurance for up to $100 value. Additional coverage is available at an extra cost, please contact us if you would like to add full shipping insurance coverage for the value of your order. A signature is required for delivery when extra insurance is added.
- Shipping insurance does not cover glass or theft of the package if left at your door. Please request the Signature Required option for shipping at checkout if you do not want the order left at your door.
- We do not offer free shipping.
Order Tracking & Lost Packages
- Most shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- If your package is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking information first. Carriers may experience occasional delays due to weather, high demand, or other factors beyond our control.
- If a package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
- If your package is lost in transit (not marked as "Delivered"), contact us within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the damaged item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Returns & Shipping Costs
- If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, did not pick it up, or refused delivery, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Local Pickup & Delivery
We offer in-person pickup and local delivery for customers in eligible areas. Availability and details will be provided during checkout.
Carrier Delivery to Pickup Locations
Some shipping carriers may not offer home delivery in certain rural areas and instead drop packages at the nearest pickup location. If you are unsure whether home delivery is available in your area, please check with the carrier or contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery options.
