At Wicks & Wax, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible items if:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
• The item was incorrectly shipped or arrived damaged (photo proof required).

Non-Returnable Items

• Used, opened, or partially consumed products.
• Fragrance oils and essential oils (due to hygiene and quality control reasons).
• Custom or special-order items.
• Items marked as final sale.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us at info@wicksandwax.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to customer preference, non-pickup, or refusal of delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Processing may take 5-10 business days after the return is approved.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order and return the unwanted item following the guidelines above.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered." If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist with a claim.

7. Policy Changes

Wicks & Wax reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
