Terms of Sale - All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping. - All billing is in Canadian Currency. - Items on back order must be re-ordered. We do not keep a list of back ordered items. - In Canada, orders are shipped prepaid by the cheapest method which may be Canada Post Expedited, UPS Standard, Purolator Ground, Canpar, or FedEx Ground - Orders to the USA are shipped by Expedited Post (a division of Canada Post) or UPS Standard unless otherwise requested. - Where applicable, all brokerage fees, duty, taxes, and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer (applies to orders outside of Canada). - In the unlikely event that your shipment is not received or is received damaged, please notify us immediately so we may file a claim with the carrier. - Shipping & handling cost is based on weight & dimensions and destination. Please contact us for a shipping quote. - Beeswax sheets are not normally shipped in cold weather. This is usually between October - April. Should a customer request beeswax sheets be shipped during this time, Wicks & Wax can not guarantee the product won’t be damaged before it reaches the customer and therefore assumes no liability in shipping. - We do not issue refunds or exchanges on Fragrance Oils / Scents - Business Customers: returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
